Tai_Ji_CropTai Chi Chuan is one of the three classical Chinese Internal Martial Arts. “Tai Chi” encompasses the Taoist philosophical concept of the duality of opposite’s; complementary yet opposing forces (such as Yin/ Yang, Night/ Day, Soft/ Hard).

When applied to the martial arts, Tai Chi adds the word “Chuan” or “fist” and Integrated with the philosophical concept of “Tai Chi” it becomes the physical embodiment a lesser force defeating a greater force.
