Power Training – Weapons and Skills:
Whole Body Power training is an integral part of developing a high level, health or self defense skill in any Internal Martial Art. This class will encompass basic power training principles and techniques necessary for all the Internal Martial Arts. It will specifically target a deeper level of integration through the use of repeated whole body exercise and weapons training.
At Boulder Internal Arts Power Training classes are advanced level classes. A student will have to have a basic level of coordination, skill and knowledge of the system to be able to participate safely.
